When to use
Parts under continuous mechanical load, sustained heat above 100°C, or both. Structural brackets, manifolds, drone frames, and under-hood automotive components where weight matters and geometry rules out aluminum.
When not to use
High-impact applications where the part must absorb energy without cracking — chopped fiber makes PA-CF brittle relative to unfilled ABS. Parts requiring outdoor UV resistance or colors other than black.
