When to use
Functional prototypes, enclosures, jigs, and fixtures that will be machined, drilled, tapped, or acetone-smoothed. Any part where impact absorption is the dominant failure mode.
When not to use
Outdoor or UV-exposed applications — substitute ASA. Parts that will see sustained temperatures above 98°C or require the stiffness and heat resistance of PA-CF.
